Worst experience I asked for estimate 4 times for one tire one valve !! He just avoided to tell me how much!! 1140$ for one use tire one valve part 100$ Stay away Oscar & Victor they are liars

If I had a chance to leave 0 stars I would definitely do it.. Our trailer was towed to this shop with the tandem problem on June 24,2026. The next day I asked them for an estimate on repair knowing it will be expensive. It took them from 9AM until 7:42 PM to send me an invoice. After giving approval on repairs we were promised the trailer to be done on Monday/Tuesday the following week (June 29/30). When we tried to contact them on Monday they were ignoring our emails and phone calls. Tuesday they told us it will be done on Thursday (07/02/26). Trailer was NOT done till July 10.Communication horrible, overpriced and not honest at all. DO NOT GO HERE

Lost a camper tire on the highway late on a Saturday a couple weeks ago. Had my kids with me stuck on the side of the highway and these folks came and repaired the camper enough to limp it away from heavy traffic and to their shop. They had it fixed by Monday afternoon as soon as they were able to get the parts due to shops being closed on Sunday. They did a great job and the price was fair!

Quality truck and trailer repair is thee worst repair shop we have ever experienced in 30 years of driving the U.S. They took 5 days to make 1 minor repair and tried to charge us 8000 dollars for a 3000 dollar repair. Than they held our rv and us hostage for 4 hours. Zero communication and they wouldn't even answer the phone when we tried to pay. They left us out in 105 degree temperatures for 4 hours and we finally had to physically escape their junkyard. They are being taken to court and we have contacted the BBB. Don't let them rip you off because that is their agenda. Worst company Ever.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with TTRE was extremely disappointing. While transporting my Class A motorhome to Oregon, the coach went into limp mode due to a failed DEF Sending Unit. We contacted TTRE because they assured us they could have the repair completed first thing Monday morning. Based on that assurance, we had the coach towed to their facility. Once the coach arrived, we were informed they did not have the required part and would need to order it. Days passed and the part still had not been ordered. To help move the repair forward, I personally contacted the local Cummins dealer, located the exact DEF Sending Unit they needed, confirmed it was in stock, and was quoted a price of $1,599.99. I then provided that information to TTRE so they could obtain the part. When the repair was completed, I was presented with an invoice totaling more than $8,000. The bill included 13 hours of labor, a charge of $4,378.53 for the DEF Sending Unit, a $680 freight fee, and a $395 forced regeneration charge. After questioning the charges, the invoice was revised and reduced to approximately $4,460. The labor was reduced from 13 hours to 8 hours, the DEF Sending Unit charge
